Gears of War — Level Design

These Gears of War maps are a series of maps that I made while taking a level design class with Patrick Curry, lead designer of Stranglehold and now CEO of Fun Machine. The levels Seaside Plaza and Basement Warehouse were created completely on my own and each was completed within a one week time frame. The final map, Port Hidor, was created within a team of four and was a thirty to forty five minutes worth of game time when played by players not on the development team. Port Hidor was created within a two week time frame and all of these levels were made in early 2008.
